Muenster

White, smooth, semi-soft cheese with a mild flavor. The orange colored exterior is from annatto (natural food coloring derived from a seed, used to add color to cheddar, colby, and others). 

Jalapeno Pepper Muenster has jalapeno peppers added throughout and annatto on the outside.

Our new Bacon Muenster is white and has small pieces of bacon added throughout. It does not have the annatto on the outside.
